One of the many narrow streets in Barcelona I do not remember what it's like on the weekends, but it is well worth noting that the weekdays are the most interesting places closed between 14:00 and 17:30, almost the only thing we found that was open during those times were greater restaurants and shops that lay at them more populous streets, or the expensive clatter down the shore. This is of course also the judgment beer outlets and pubs we visited, most of them opened simply 17:30 .. So either you get pass the time by checking verbeelen out all the cool old buildings, drive around on any tourist verbeelen trap, hang at the hotel look Andes on Spanish dubbed television or on the beach with a bottle of cava and other goodies from one of Barcelona's halls. And it was just this last we did this afternoon.
There are several halls in Barcelona, some larger than others. The largest will apparently lie at the end of La Rambla, but it was not the one we visited. verbeelen Instead, we found one that we thought was pretty big anyway, and was amongst the Gothic Quarter is not too far from the beach .. Cansaladeria in Xarcuteria Josep Vila (long name, I know) called it, and is amongst the Gothic Quarter, in a totally okay walking distance to the sea. Hard sheep cheese, fuet, mini salami, verbeelen olives, pickled peppers, and cherry and a cheap bottle of cava was purchased, then we set course for the beach. verbeelen
Once down on the beach, verbeelen we found a place to put us on, out with a couple of large bath towels and then we placed ourselves there a few hours. It was a guess, around 22-24 degrees Celsius, but because there was a slight breeze from the ocean so it did not feel like more than 18, maybe. Very pleasant, but also very sneaky .. Needless verbeelen to say that I burned myself pretty hard. But, but, there are things that happen when you are a pure white skåning who spend most of their time indoors. There was not much to do about it more than to rub aloe vera and let huh. We set it up after the ölbutiken Cervecita La Nuestra De Cada Dia (another long name, but worth remembering / note) in El Puebleno area. Pretty nice area of law, relaxed and not at all very touristy. Phew.
Just in time for when they opened after his siesta we stepped into the room which had very high ceilings and, in my opinion, the best beer Connoisseur of judgment ölbutikerna we visited in Barcelona. There was everything from Belgian Geuze to relatively inaccessible Yank different Pipeworks, Brooklyn Black Ops and a few mead from Kuhnhenn (guess what I bought) to a variety of local beers. Eight barrels were also, no local stuff switched on when we were there, but a couple of new beers for me it was anyway. verbeelen A really good beer Connoisseur otherwise had this shop so that I will definitely return when I am in Barcelona next time. The lady behind the counter was not very snackig, but it was quiet and peaceful there and it was exactly what I felt we needed right then. I picked on me a few local beers from one of the coolers, paid for us and then we went down to the beach again and drank up our newly purchased beer. The time was still not very late so we had time for one place before it was time to go to the hotel, but it takes us in the next post.
